2100 Orks Project:: WIP Ork Killa Kans; Prototype Finished
Another crazy work week combined with the holidays!
Last week I did not get much 40k stuff done...though I did become a certified CPR (Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation) Instructor; which allows me to train others in CPR and issue them a certification. Also able to teach general first aid. Very cool.
I did however, finish my first Kan prototype with the magnetized chassis.
Let me know what you guys think. I think I may need to add something to the front.
I also did manage to build 2 more Warbike squads with two boyz and a nob each...you can see those in the back ground.
This has me nearing my proposed lists' model completion, save 5 more kans and either 3 more Kans or 3 big guns.
Here are some more pics:
Thanks for the read,
BDS

I like it) Go on!
ReplyDeleteThanks,
ReplyDeleteFor the parts:
You only need one of the old ork bikers, some sprue, one of the front ends on the old ork trukk kit, and a few bobs from your bit box.
My conversions are generally simple part swaps with minor modifications.
I envy the guys who can scratch build aweseom stuff from plasticard. However, my mission is generally to use up the stuff I have accumulated.
I also don't like being boxed in and will use magnets etc, so I can swap out later.
I find the changes in the rules or codei a bummer when you suddenly can't use your awesome painted conversion anymore, etc.
Thanks for the comment saintgeo23.
I'm just too lazy to do the magnet thing, I think what you've done is great!
