Quite a bit of training entries lately, 40k content is on the way.
Today was B-day celebration hosted by my lovely fiance'. Breakfast in bed, sleeping in, and dinner reservations at a great local steak house.
My workout a bit rushed, starting and finishing in under 45 minutes. I also am still having gas tank problems due to this damn flu.
Not the greatest numbers today, but here it is:
Flat Bench: 295lb x 13, 11
2 sets of 8 pull ups with bdy wt between each set (Bdy wt 283lb)
Incline Bench: 235lb x 13, 12
2 set of 8 pull ups with bdy wt
Close grip bench: 245 x 8, 225 x 10, 135 x 28
2 sets of 8 pull ups with bdy wt
So 6 sets of presses and 12 sets of bdy weight pull ups..I vary the grips.
