2014 Training Update

You know you have been out of the gym for a while when your friends tell you that showing up two days in a row is a current PR! (Personal Record).

High Rep Upper Body.

  • Current weight 280lbs

  • Bench 225 x 15,14
  • Pull Ups 220lb x 15, 12
  • Incline Dumb Bell Press 60's x 15, 13
  • Single Arm Rows 60lb x 15, 15
  • Single Arm Cable Curl 25 x 15, 15
  • Single Arm Cable Triceps Extension 40 x 15, 15
  • 4 Sets of abs 10-12 reps each, various movements.

Not bad for the amount of break I have had, my gas tank is super low though.
