Front Squat Sled: 1 plate each side 15, 15, 15, 15
Single Leg Leg Curls: 25 x 15, 15, 15
Single Leg Leg Extensions: 40 x 15, 15, 15
Standing Military Press: 95lbs x 15, 15,15
Iso Lateral Military Press: 45 each side x 12, 12, 10
4 Sets of Abdominal Planks
30 min on tread mill : 1.7 miles

ReplyDeleteAs someone who was tipping the scales at more than 330 two-years ago, I can tell you that you are on the right track. I also used my blog to track pictures of me and the scale (the blog was since hacked and had to be rebooted), it helped me to stay focused.
Nutrition is also important and I believe is 70% of the battle. I am now a fit 230, which for a 40 year old is not to shabby

I often wonder if anyone ever reads the weight lifting part of the blog and have considered dropping it from the blog from time to time...but, then, as you said, I remember I use the blog as a personal tool for motivation and cataloging my efforts or lack thereof....
