Training Day 5 : 12.5.14

Each day needs to be like..."How do I get my work out in today?" ...in order for me to get it done.

Bench: 225 x 5, 275 x 3, 325 x 1 (shamefully hard), 235 x 9
Dead Lift: 135 x 10, 225 x 10, 315 x 8, 405 x 3, 465 x 1, 1, 1 (miss, miss worse, miss terribly...sad)

Treadmill: 30 min for 2.16 miles

Got it done.
