- Pull Ups 220lb x 15, 12
- Incline Dumb Bell Press 60's x 15, 13
- Single Arm Rows 60lb x 15, 15
- Single Arm Cable Curl 25 x 15, 15
- Single Arm Cable Triceps Extension 40 x 15, 15
- 4 Sets of abs 10-12 reps each, various movements.
Not bad for the amount of break I have had, my gas tank is super low though.
