Ankle and particularly my Left knee were painful after yesterday's...ahem...'run'...but powered through for another day in pursuit of goals.
*Stiff leg Dead Lifts with Dumbbells: 55's x 10, 85's x 10, 100's x 10, 10
....grip giving me trouble at end, may have to break down and use straps..
* Single Leg Leg Presses (Leg Press machine using one leg at a time) : 2 plates x 10, 10, 10, 10
...actually got stronger on these as sets progressed...
* Single Leg Leg Extensions : 10, 20, 30, 40 pounds of plates for 10, 10, 10, 10 each leg
* 30 minutes on Treadmill : 1.64 miles (fast walk with incline, no running)
