Training Update 4.11

     A very good week this week. I managed to run a total of 15k (9.4miles). I clocked a 36min 4 sec, 38 minute 20 sec, and a 37 minute 30sec. I also lifted twice; working back, shoulders, chest, and abdominals. It was tough Thursday morning getting my last 5k in. But, 5:30 am saw me on the treadmill getting it done.
     It all paid off at the weigh in when the little scale lcd screen popped a two pound weight loss this week. It was worth it, even though I am still limping around on my weak leg this morning!
