10.2.13 Training

Dead Lifts

Got some good pulls in today. Body weight this morning at 276.5lb after breakfast. Looks like I can make 275lb class at Oct 12 meet without too much trouble.

225 x 3 x 2 higher pulls
135 x 3 x 2 power cleans

Abs sore, no abs today. 455lb felt smooth and quick off floor. Working on when best to thrust hips forward for lock out. Good day. Took about 45 minutes.
